No, they're created while you bulk, when you cut they get smaller, it doesn't work quite like WK said it though. Fat people gain weight after quickly because of the way their body's metabolism is functioning. You can stabilize that though

well i never claimed to be a dirty bulker but I guess I was because this forum is full of people with eating disorders who define clean bulk to be 200 calories or whatever
