Looking for online coach recommendations

Hello all! I am new to posting but have been on the site getting information for a very long time an finally have a question I can't find an answer to myself. I am looking for a good online coach and have seen many of the recommendations but they all seem geared towards those working toward a fitness/figure competition. I am not looking to compete at the moment so don't want a plan that changes weekly in a count down for an end date if you kwim?

Currently I am thin (5'3", 110lbs) but still have a good amount of fat in lower body. I am looking for someone knowledgable who can:
*work with a vegetarian diet and help with coming up with enough protein
*help me develop a bikini type body to the best of my ability
* not need me to be training for a set competition but just to get me to the best maintainable shape I can be in whether that takes 8 weeks or 6 months.

I've seen many websites and recommendations but usually for contest prep and not sure who of these would be best for my goals. Would love input as I have no problem paying someone for their services just want to make the right choice thank you
