Gym won't get a dead lift

Help! My gym won't put a dead lift in as it attracted too much trouble last time! Is there any alternative that I can use to get a similar effect and work the same muscle groups?

    "put a deadlift in"?

I don't understand... all you need to deadlift in is a space on the floor, a barbell and some weight. If you can do anything else in the gym, you can probably deadlift.

That said if you want to make up the movement elsewhere.... combination of GHRs, Reverse Hypers, Good Mornings and Shrugs.

The barbell and weights. They only have dumbells and the rest of the weights are attached to machines.

If you are only using lower weight ranges, then DL's can be done using dumbells (it is not going to be an exact replacement of course, but it can be very similar).

Other than that, you would basically have to do multiple exercises to replace it (like mentioned above), as no other exercise really hits the same muscle groups all at once.

For a couple hundred bucks you can invest in your own 300lb oly set which will include 255lbs of plates and a 7' 45lb barbell. That'll give you the option of doing your deads at home and the rest of your workout at the gym.

    Home gym route for sure.
You need a good rack, a bench, and a 300-lb Olympic weight set. Now, what was your question?

A gym without Barbells, isn't much of a gym (IMO). Would find a new gym (or start building a home gym) ASAP...

I wouldn't want to workout at a gym with that mentality

Substitute the back extension, shrug and leg curl for the deadlift.

    Agree with the above.
If the DL is important to you get yourself a 300 lb oly weight set and do them at home.
Don't let the gym you go to dictate what you can do.
