I'm afraid to start taking a supp that would aid in my sleep because I feel like when I didn't have the supp that night after using it for awhile, I wouldn't be able to sleep and it would be miserable. Anyone have any experience with that?

I stopped taking sleep aides about three years ago and haven't slept since.

It's okay if you stop if abruptly, no withdrawal symptoms. You won't get the "drug dependent" thing on Melatonin.

Unless you're using phenibut, you shouldn't face any issues. Products based on Melatonin (when used responsibly) or ZMA generally do not cause any issues in my experienceOriginally Posted by Saintzfan

I am currently logging 3Z, there are days where I just plain forget to take it and sleep just the same as I normally do. For me, which I think is a little unique, its almost as if it has a pattern building effect. I wouldn't call it conditioning but for such a horrible sleeper as myself, it's definitely doing something.
