Currently in Brooklyn (Dyker Heights) but will be moving to Astoria soon.

if any of you brahs play baseball, let me know. My team will be looking for some players in the Spring. Last year we had 8 players from the league go to open MLB try outs and 2 made AA teams 3 made AAA and one made A.

Hey guys, I was born and raised in Queens and I'll be separating from the Air Force at the end of the month and moving back to Astoria. Obviously I've been out of the NY gym scene for quite some time and was wondering if there are any new gyms around the area that are good and decently priced. Otherwise, I'm thinking of just going with Astoria Sports Complex by Kaufman where I worked out during High School. Thanks for any input and help guys.

lol not going to lie, second to coming back from a deployment, outprocessing is prolly the best time you'll have during your time in the military. You just don't do anything lol. I remember getting like 15 hrs of sleep a day during outprocessing. The remaining hours was just going to the gym and just getting a signature or two.

NYSC is pretty nice but they have so many membership options and it can get pretty confusing. If I didn't already work at a fitness center, I think I'd go there. They say themselves that they cater to a more mature clientele. I'm not sure if you could consider me "mature" at age 24 but eh.
