Two weeks out and last night I eat three big brownies. I don't know why but I did. I start deplession this Thursday. How far did I set myself back. I woke up and hurried to the gym to start cardio. I can't believ I did that. I feel let down

Unless you are competing, cheating is perfectly normal, I say.
Here's the kicker. Sacrifice as much as you can right now and get down to your target weight and by then, your metabolism would have shot thru the roof and you'll EASILY get away with cheat meals once a week.
That's what happened to me. Right now, even at maintenance (2400 cals), I'm not gaining weight (sigh). But 4 months of brutal cardio and a low 1700cal diet followed by 3 months of lifting forged my metabolism the correct way.
I even find I can get away with a small single scoop of ice-cream on some days and still be 'okay'.________________________________________________________

I don't believe you. Not sure why but I think you are full of shti. You had the dedication to prepare for a show, do all the prep and then you "don't know why" you ate 3 brownies. BS. People prepping for shows, especially this close, know exactly why they are doing everything.
What show are you getting ready for? No pics?I'm a great believer in luck and I find the harder I work, the more I have of it. ~ Thomas Jefferson

My bet, based on previous threads, is that he's going to post photos of some other bloke, who will be ripped to phuq, after 'his' competition, claiming all his hard work has paid off, whereas, in reality, he's just a bored sales rep called Dwayne, who lives with his parents in a small mid West suburb doing a spot of trolling.
But I could be wrong.Squat (noun) A means of helping men understand what it feels like to give birth.

He's got a progress pic 1 month out in his bodyspace.
Not sure if he will be dialed in enough for the show, but he's not trolling.
I think we should show a little more support for a guy that's got the balls to actually step on stage.

Geezz...you guys can be brutal....
OP - if your on the up and up...dont stress it...in fact the carb hit might even be very good for your prep...in many folks the leptin spike triggers another little loss of fat which can go a fair way to sharpen you up
as for why you did it...i can say CATEGORICALLY...many if not most of BB' prepping will do things in the run in that are absolutely counter to the goals they set and they to will wonder "WTF did I do that for....?"
Again dont stress about it...deal with move on and place extra levels of prevention and support in your world to help ya get there.
And good luck
But...if you are a troll... GGF...http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=154678393
