Have worked out that if I have x2 pots of cottage cheese (total approx 60g protein) after a workout x3 days a week works out to be cheaper than consuming whey protein.
Which do u guys think is better to have, whey or the cottage cheese? Should I think about the price or quality of protein/muscle building side of things?
I'm pretty new to the bodybuilding/protein thing by the way.
