    multi vitamins

does it make a difference which multi i take compared to cheap bottles from supermarkets or brands on bodybuilding store etc ?
i have been using alpha men from my protein for the last 6 months which works out at £20 a bottle for 240 tabs and i take 4 a day.

In different types of multi vitamins you will see different forms of vitamins, different amounts, and most good brands will have something else besides the multi.
Ex: Animal Pak has a digestive enzyme complex, amino acid complex, antioxidant complex, and a performance complex.
Oriange triad has a joint support formula, flex complex, and a digestive and immune complex

Both animal pak and Oriange triad are quality products.

Some of the better products will have a multi and a little but more. They also have better forms of the vitamins and usually more of them compared to the lesser quality brands/products.
In my mind its worth a few extra dollars for the better multi.

I personally use animal pak and have had no problems.

Yes it makes a difference. The cheap bottles on supermarkets also tend to be the ones that contain the least bio-available form of the vitamins and minerals. At least, that is what I have noticed.

just had a look at orange triad and animal pak.

orange triad seems a bit cheaper 45 days worth for the same price as 22 days worth of animal pak but animal pak sounds cool

For most people, a pack a day is enough.

You shouldn't be using a multi too replace fruits and veggies. IMO you shouldn't be buying supplements if you cannot take the time/effort to fix your diet where it needs to be fixed. The role of a multi is insurance, it doesn't take the place of a healthy diet.
