Lionel shouldn't be let down about placing second, his conditioning is miles ahead in only 2 shows.
On the right track and the future is bright.
Congratulations for the improvement to him and DJ.
(not many frontal pics as of now to make comparison but will update as they show up)

repped for using pictures to prove a point. even some of the old members are lazy to to it.
He is improved but he needs to tighten another 5-10 pounds to be competitive.

People who think that you need to compete back in the day and had to be ripped while competing are plain stupid. They probably think that Tiger Woods or Kobe Bryant don't need a coach or their coaches should be better than them as ine the form of Jack Nicklaus and Michael jordan.

DJ does a good job with his clients although he wasnt like Munzer when he competed. So that logic is just bad.Grainy hardcore religious slabs of thick dense muscle. So grainy that it hurts your eyes

Seems to me that a change in the tan coverage helps as-well. In the Tampa show he kinda looked like Lesukov in the Nordic. Too heavily bronze covered that ate up so many lines and cuts. This time he seems to have gone with a light oil only - after all he doesn't really need a tan, lol. Just some oil to help bring out the lines.
And yeah, he obviously lost a little more weight and probably did the final day prep a bit better too and the overall change is noticeable. Real nice. Still needs to come in both dryer and fuller to make any impact at the mr. O. And even then, he isn't quite there yet to be much of a threat for the top guys. He needs a year or two more to pack on some more mass and refine that physique. I can totally see him in mr. O top 6 next year and every year after that as long as he dials that conditioning in.Owner of:

He was improved from previous showings. Striations were showing in places where previously they had not. Still work to be done but he's on the right track!

I think that they should just say, “Hey, if you guys don’t talk, you have to see Hercules In New York.” I guarantee those guys would talk much faster. You don’t need to do waterboarding or anything else. That’s the ultimate threat.''

no way conditioning is about the same, see pic at bottom, conditioning is way better.
see bottom pics, if that is not miles ahead what is? ok maybe from lesukov to shredded lol but otherwise that is a BIG improvement.
not good enough though I agree, but on the right track.
Really? look at those two pics, if you don't see the difference I can't help you.
