Uncut will also give you that focus like craze, and a nasty stupid pump. I love uncut. If you stick to one pill its only 125mg of Caffeine.

I missed the creatine free part when I recommended Nuerocore. I like Uncut by Applied Nutriceuticals. I use that when I want to get creatine from another source.

I tried a lot of pre workouts and my personal favorite pre work out is ON Amino Energy. Its cheap, effective and so far, I have yet to feel any less effectiveness from it, even after two months use. Blue Raspberry taste great.

Hey guys, I'm basically looking for a pre-workout that isn't too insane (<200 mg of caffeine preferably) but still gives that extra edge, energy, and pump in the gym. It would also be great to have a pre-workout that doesn't contain creatine, but if so it's not a big deal. I was a huge fan of Craze, but since they're being charged for illegal amphetamines I'm gonna stay away from it for now. Any good ones in mind?

If you don't want anything with stims I would check out Body Octane by MAN nutrition. The ingredient profile is solids and will aid in training for sure. I love the endurance it gives.

PMD Pump Fuel V.2 Insanity is AMAZING. I just got it, I love it! I went through a couple to pre-work outs to find what I like the best, and I found it. I've had N.O. Explode, MP ASSAULT. Nothing, so far compares to PF. It had creatine but it MOST DEFINITELY delivers!
