    How much weight have you gained? Improvements aren't really seen until you put on about 10lb.

    Get someone to take pictures from you, at the same point in your house, same lightning. I could be shredded as fuark the one time, and be a non-lifter the other time, just because of the lightning.

    Yup pics need to be taken at same spot in same pose and in a perfect world same lighting. Give yourself a good 6 months of training from starting of working out to notice a true improvement in my opinion. Just make sure you work all your body parts including legs.

    I feel like gaining a strong noticeable chest is difficult for some of us especially for me. Try to workout with someone a little more experienced who can spot you for heavy lifting.

    Pecs look a bit fuller on the sides. If you hammered on push-ups, it would carve you the line between your chest. Do push-up 3 days a week. Start with like 50 on the 1st day, 60 on the 2nd, 70 on the 3rd, the first week, and keep adding 10 to total reps.
