[QUOTE=WonderPug;1126744893]FYI: That can easily be resolved by rational sun exposure, as no dietary vitamin D is required. That said, if you're in an environment where sufficient sun exposure is not possible, and dietary intake is insufficient, then supplementation makes sense.
where are you getting your most important viatmin at b complex . you are lacking . see

Isolate to hit protein macros. BCAAs in water to make drinking a gallon a day easier.
If I did "believe" in supplements my 5 would be
Creatine
Multi
Yohimbe
L-Glutamine
VitargoWhen people are doubting you, when people are badgering you to get tanked every weekend, when people claim you're boring, just remember you're doing this for you. No one else. If people are too narrow minded to acknowledge your sacrifice, your blood, sweat and tears, your hard work and your happiness to better yourself as a person, they aren't worth it. Simple as that.

I didn't copy it. I just italicised the text for emphasis.
In regard to my statement, it's vacuously obvious that a vitamin B deficiency is functionally impossible in health individuals consuming a rational diet composed of plant and animal matter.
Ironically, B supplements can cause deficiencies because the mega dosing can impair absorption.

None whatsoever.
After all, nobody knows that:
Thiamin is found in most types of food. Riboflavin is plentiful in eggs, dairy products, rice and various fortified foods such as cereals. Niacin is plentiful in meat, fish, eggs, dairy products and even in wheat. Pantothenic acid is even more prevalent in various foods. Heck, it hard to avoid pyridoxine. Folic acid is plentiful in many vegetables. And B12 is abundant in animal matter

Don't be that guy who buys hundreds of dollars of supplements every month when you have no clue whether you need them or not.
His diet is upwards of 4,000 calories a day and he's hitting optimal macro targets with a variety of whole foods. Because of this, micronutrient deficiency is virtually impossible.
Lol'd...

Shellfish have tons of B12. You can also find it in dairy, eggs, fish. WTF are you talking about?
I'm amazed at how many people seem to be arguing that your daily nutritional needs can't be met by simply eating a balanced and varied diet like that's such a crazy way out there idea. I guess its a miracle that mankind survived long enough for the supplement companies to save us all.

When supplement shopping, always change 1 thing at a time in your diet. If you buy 9 different things and start to make gains, you won't know what worked and will be forced to buy all 9 products again meanwhile prob only 2 of them really worked. This is one of the strategies supplement companies use to build a basket and create residual business."If you get better each day, every day will be the Best day of your Life"

Very sad to see a 18 year old these days talking about needing supplements, when I was his age we ate nothing but whole foods and grew what we could in the backyard and we were very healthy and got everything from food, I can understand protein powder to get the extra you need, I use an all natural protein whey powder the only ingredient is whey protein isolate and I just add some natural things from the fridge for flavor, if you go to a construction site or a crew working on repairing roads and look at the guy's in their 60's and 70's that eat healthy home cooked foods their whole lives and work hard all day for 40 or 50 years their ripped and could kick your butt, bb's eat so much food if it's all healthy food you'll get everything you'll ever need, cheer's I'm outta here time for a snack, walnuts, banana and yogurt!

I can't, wut...I just feel bad for you. Your lack of knowledge on this subject is saddening, and the fact that you deny evidence with your opinion really shows your age. I don't even see a need to reply with facts or evidence to prove you wrong, as you will simply respond with absolute nonsense.

I take: Creatine, Beta-alanine, and caffeine. All things that I do not get through my diet in plentiful amounts and have actual scientific backing behind them.
I take a protein powder if I am short on my intake for the day, and a few vitamins to fill in dietary gaps. (Like D3 since I work inside a vault 9hrs a day). There is no spoon.
