    Stack?

    Ok guys well I've been training for about 2 years now and I have finally mastered my diet and made some increadible gaainnz lol.
    But seriously let me know what u guys think about this

    ON whey
    ON casein
    ON Creatine
    Optimen
    Now foods omega 3s
    C4

    You HAVE to try making fluff. It is the only reason I ever buy casein for anymore. Take a look at this for future reference

    Sorry but I think you need to revaluate your diet. Your fats are way too low at less than 30g a day. Your protein is excessive for your weight. I'm guessing your are bulking at 148? If so your calories are a bit low. I suggest you visit the nutrition section before looking into buying supps. You should get the basics of nutrition down first.
