From the image you have used Ramy's chest look a lot thicker than Heath's, especially upper chest where Heath's really lacks in comparison. Also remember that Ramy's chest is at least 30% wider than Heath's. Ramy also has a better and more aesthetic line down the middle, Heath has a gap in the middle of his chest which is often found on chest's that are not as thick and do not have an even covering over the rib cage, if we were to do a scan on Ramy v Heath for chest thickness my money would be on Ramy's being at least 290lbs/240lbs = 1.2. So that's 1.2 x thicker than Heath's chest.

His chest looks like a croissant roll in the MM. That's far from an ideal pec shape and short of a pec tear, I can't think of a worst shape to have in the MM pose. The chest should still be wide, square or slightly rounded isn't a dealbreaker, but when it curls up in to a that shape, yes, that's about as bad as it gets.
Also, I'd say calling it "retarded" is a bit much. I'm quite intelligent thank you very much, although we may disagree on how bad Heath's chest is in the MM. So maybe your the one who's exaggerating. Regardless shape wise, IMO, it's terrible. If you can post worst short of a pec tear go for it, but they are few and far between, it's far from ideal, get over it. Compare his side chest to the MM, it looks like 2 different chests FFS.

People seem to have thick and big/wide mixed up.
Phil doesn't have a huge chest, but pound for pound his chest is a lot thicker than most people competing today. Not saying that makes his chest a strong point when compared to other guys (not in every case at least), but it's seriously insanely thick.lófasz

Honestly, Ramy looks great and his gym pictures are crazy but once his physique is compared to the top pros in the game, Weaknesses will be noticed. He is still young and may improve but as of now, its just a freak hype like Dillet or Ruhl.
