easy. stop looking at foods as unhealthy and healthy, and eat the foods you enjoy while fulfilling your nutritional requirements.

try a chocolate bar if you're low on calories.

Once you've hit your protein requirements then just eat more food rich in fats, such as PB, Ice cream, Pizza etc.

You'll reach your calorie so much easier as 1g of fat is 9 calories.

I usually eat almonds, dark chocolate and coconut oil if I need to boost my calories.

    50g almonds : ~300 calories
3 pieces of dark chocolate : ~160 calories
tablespoon of coconut oil : ~130 calories

    Total: almost 600 calories

I just personally don't enjoy eating. Whether I'm hungry or full, eating is a chore. But it's getting better in the past few weeks since I've quit smoking weed and cigs.

edit: that being said, I still have no problem getting in 4k+ a day

"There is no question that belts assist in generating a few more Newton-meters (or foot-pounds) of torque in the torso through elastic recoil of a bent orso that is stiffened with a belt. However, if a neutral spine is preserved throughout the lift this effect is minimal. In other words, to obtain the maximal effect from a belt, the lifter must lift poorly and in a way that exposed the back to a much higher risk of injury!”

    No.

OP, easy solutions. Whole milk in your protein shakes. Hell throw in some all natty peanut butter. I've never done this as I have no problem eating everything in sight. But if you get all natty pb and don't refrigerate it and just mix it before each time you need it I think it would mix up fine. Idk? Bagels with peanut butter on them is an easy high calorie snack. If you want a little cheat food have it. In my opinion the more quality food you put into your body the better. You could bulk on Doritos if you wanted to. But I guarantee your body knows the difference between brown rice and organic chicken and processed ****ty carbs from Doritos.

Okay. Did you even lift during your bulk??
"There is no question that belts assist in generating a few more Newton-meters (or foot-pounds) of torque in the torso through elastic recoil of a bent orso that is stiffened with a belt. However, if a neutral spine is preserved throughout the lift this effect is minimal. In other words, to obtain the maximal effect from a belt, the lifter must lift poorly and in a way that exposed the back to a much higher risk of injury!”
