    1 year Progress (PICS) - What do now?

    Joined gym 30th July 2012, Before pic is 6 months before I started lifting on holiday. Makes me cringe :P

    Cleaned bulked for a year but im tempted to do a dirty bulked as i generally stay quite lean naturally so i think i could really benefit from chomping down on some big foods and putting on some mass!

    anyways I would say don't go dirty bulk, because everyone seems to regret it for whatever reason

    I would stick to another clean bulk, but possibly do it longer

    It's called clean bulking in an early stage where muscle gains outweigh the fat gains proportional to your bodyweight.

    why do u have to dirty bulk u dont need to stay in the 250 surplus range just bulk on 500 or 700 surplus and uill be fine
