Tried bb bench - light warm up sets went ok, as soon as I loaded it up for 100lbs - couldn't do it. Can't keep my wrist stable enough to go heavy. So switched to Hammer Strength Machine Press:

1*0 - 40lbs - just couldn't keep the 45's or 40's in place for even one rep

So I went to a walk in clinic today to have my wrist looked at. Was told it is just a sprain and to rest, and ice when necessary. So I guess I'll just keep doing what I am doing....

Skulls - 5 sets - can't remember the weight
Seated Inclines - 4 sets at 25lb
Vbar Press - 1 set at 60lbs, 1 set at 70lbs and 2 sets at 80lbs
Hammers - 3 sets at 25lbs
OH Ext - 3 sets at 35lbs
Hanging leg raises - 3 sets
Obliques - 3 sets

Depending on how your feeling you may want to leave one more week since you yo-yo a bit but I think you have room to increase if you want since you are technically bulking

I am going to leave cals\macros where they are for now. I started on some creatine today so we shall see how that goes. I typically do not tolerate creatine well at all...bloats me and just makes me feel icky. But this is a different brand, not monohydrate, and is not "supposed" to cause any bloating, discomfort or water retention. We'll see.

I trained chest today instead of shoulders. Since tomorrow is a holiday there is no school, so I will have to train at home. I would rather train shoulders at home so I just switched days.

Nova 7 - is that only available in Hali? I drank a bottle of Freixenet last night! I really love that one. A nice change from my usual Fat Bastard.
Not increasing again just yet. Gonna sit tight for another week or 2. But today I am making homemade baked beans, a baked ham and homemade brown bread. And for dessert - caramel apple upside down cake with " real" ice cream....so not even tracking this day. It will be waaayyyy over. And I'm cool with that. LOL!
I like Bud Light Lime too.....and Miller Chill. Both are good. Nice and light. But do try the Cardigan - you will like it if you like spiced beer. I am not sure if its just a maritime beer or not.
LOL on the weight. Never does what I want it to do. Whatever! I got all the time in the world. I hope.

I know that Nova 7 is made somewhere in NS but I think it should be available over the maritimes at least... I've tried Freixenet before, that's good... Nova7 is sweeter if I remember correctly.

Last set I dropped the db.....right on my index finger. Crushed it. It is now a black, blue and purple knarly mess and swollen to about 3 times its normal size. Its a safe bet that I am going to loose my nail. And it hurts like a bugger!!! UGH wrist was getting back to normal and now this!

Ouch!!! That sounds really painful! I dropped a dresser drawer full of clothes on my toe before and almost passed out briefly, lol, it was awful, but it didn't break! Hurting fingers and toes can be so brutal and it sounds like you gave it a good smack Ugh, hope it heals quickly!!!! Fingers are used way too much during the day...it's so impeding!
