This one is my fav! WCR is a close second..
I ordered an assortment of these high fibre type bars. I got Quest, VPX Lift Life, and Oh Yeah Victory bars. VPX and Oh Yeah - HORRID!! Do not even remotely taste or look like a Quest bar. As far as the fibre - eating 2 seems to have the opposite effect
+
I am having my dinner tomorrow. One of my girls had to work today - everyone is off tomorrow. And I am baking ham, instead of turkey. Funny I love turkey but every one of my kids prefer ham...
Did some cross border US shopping today. I picked up some Biscoff Cookie Butter that everyone seems to rave about. Had a little taste when I got home. Tasted like crushed up Maple Leaf cookies that I used to eat when I was a kid... I also got a 6 pk of Shipyard Pumpkinhead beer - no idea why, but it looked good. Anyone tried this pumpkin flavored beer?

I just have been putting it my sludge. Truth be told, it is not as amazing as what most people over in the nutrition section say. I could take it or leave it...its a good filler for when cals are low. I find it horribly sweet - and I have a major sweet tooth...
My little guy had some tonight on graham crackers for his bedtime snack and he didn't like it. Had to put pb over top. LOL!!

This is how I feel about Nutella. People talk about it like it's some kind of mouth orgasm, but to me it's just meh.
I like cookie butter on pumpkin waffles. It meshes well with pumpkin flavor."Eat some oatmeal, do some squats, how hard is that seriously."--Prof Ham

I came to discuss riding boots
What about any of these? They seem to have a lot of nice styes this year.

There's also Aldo but I find the calves on Aldo boots a bit bigger and I assume your calves are not so big

Nutella is another that I can take it or leave it...pumpkin waffles, eh? Do you have a recipe? Will try with the cookie butter..
I don't have a George Grill....I keep meaning to get one, but somehow it always gets pushed to the bottom of my " I need that" list. LOL! We did the same sandwhich tonight - minus the egg because I was out - but just grilled it in the cast iron pan....was just as yummy.)
Funny - my BFF just sent me the same link. Checking it out as soon as I am done here. Thanks so much...

Pumpkin waffle recipe:
Go to Trader Joe's.
Buy frozen pumpkin waffles.
Go home, put in toaster.
Enjoy!

I am feeling really good. During the first couple of weeks I was feeling really a stuffed chicken and just wasn't enjoying the process, but after that has been good. Making some big strength improvements which I love....and I have not had too many " I feel FAT " days.....yet. No clue what my weight is...and I am really loving that. So glad I decided against the scale this time around. I feel so much more ....free I guess. KWIM?
Starving today. Can not get enough in my pie hole today..
LOL! Well there goes that - no Trader Joe's in Canada....or any frozen pumpkin waffles for that matter.
Rest day today and tomorrow. My son is having his first ever hockey practise in the morning. I am pretty excited to see that....Proud Mama here
