    advice

    long story short, i can only make it to the gym on monday tuesdays and wednesdays? what should i do?

    go to the gym monday, tuesday and wednesday

    jks, throw in some home workouts.. if you've not got any weights do bodyweight exercises there are plenty of examples on youtube etc

    do a fullbody routine... with that 3 days a week will be enough.

    Go to the gym when you can and workout for a few hours. Then do some at home routines to supplement.
