Only reason i stopped playing it cause i had to turn the tv volume like all the way down since brother went to sleep and didnt feel like setting up my headset...and dont want to play it with low volume
Its addicting af, like i said - reminds me of GTA3/Vice City days

You dont wanna know what i ate yesterday oh lawd...im still fairly lean though..but cheat days every now and then wont matter to me since fall/winter is bulking season and p/p/l is no joke.
Only time i might get really ocd about my diet is if I end up getting creatine soon

Checkin in here! After too many years of being skinnyfat it's now time to bulk. 6ft 3inch length.Started about three weeks ago at 202lbs, yesterday was 196lbs.
Last weeks on 2300kcal, but had too much cheatmeals (3times per week). Now trying to go to 2100kcal and minimum of 140g of protonz.
While only 6lbs has been lost, I can already see the bitchtits floating away. Also my diet mostly consists of non processed foods, ie less salt so bloat is also reduced. Hope to make it to 185lbs in two months, no more skinnyfat would feel good man.

Gonna try and make chipotle chicken on the BBQ tomorrow. Just finished making the marinade and threw it all in the fridge. Found this recipe from the chipotle fan website:
1 (2 ounce) package dried ancho chiles
1 (7 ounce) can chipotle pepper in adobo sauce (discard chipotle pepper, skim out seeds)
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons cumin powder
2 tablespoons fresh oregano, chopped
6 cloves garlic
2 teaspoons salt
1 red onion, quartered
1/4 cup oil (canola/vegetable/olive)
tasted a bit weird trying it out of the blender, hoping it gets awesome after being grilled.
Also got 2 t-bone steaks and 2 NY strip steaks, tomorrow's gonna be a good day.Awesome pics. Great size. Look thick. Solid. Tight. Check out huli huli chicken. (Taste of home site) marinated chicken thighs are so hnnnnnng in huli huli. I believe its like a Hawaiian style marinade
Gonna be sickening winter first time actually bulking. Gonna try and limIt poptarts to only one package a day

Quick question brahs for you, although I'm bulking atm
Currently on 5/3/1 geneswest routine and just wondering is it okay to do for example 7 reps for bench if I have to take 4-6 second breaks at the top of the movement after rep #4 or should I just do them nonstop and rack the weight after rep #4 in this case?
So pretty much nonstop reps and rack weight or okay to take longer pauses between reps? Thanks bros!

I think you are overthinking that aspect and should be concentrating on hitting macros (even on bulk) and progressive overload. Just being honest
but to answer the question.. you are asking essentially the difference between a power and hypertrophy movement. Pauses are usually used when going for strength rep range (3-5 or so).. and "blood volume" or hyper meaning keeping the muscle moving the whole time is to promote more growth. This is usually the 8-15 rep range.
and since it is 5/3/1 which is focused on strength, I would take your pauses.

Thanks bro! But I can do 4 reps with 62.5kg on bench pretty much with nonstop reps ( little to no rest time between reps, just deep breathe and go for another rep ) but after those 4 reps I had to take 4-6 seconds break at the top, and then pushed 1 more rep which was hard as fuk and then took again 5 second break and pushed last rep which was also extremely hard!
Should I today aim for 5 reps with 62.5kg with as earlier explained pretty much nonstop reps or aim for 8 reps with the last couple of reps being ''assisted'' with those 4-6 second breaks?
So I can do 4 reps then after fourth rep, bar is up, have to rest for 4-6 seconds then again what I explained. Is this alright?
Need quick answers, bout to hit bench session in 1 hour
