If i ever get a home, i will be choosing my house based on how well a home gym will fit.

Here in GA though, most houses come with basements. So that is more than enough to get started. Nice and cool underground during the summer.

Ppself... My room is like that. Half in a hill so it's always a nice temp. It's got an aircon and a mirrored cupboard in there. Just need some weights. Hubs and I both pay for gym memberships so it would pay itself off pretty quickly.

The only problem with one is that I take my PWO and then misc or even jerk off for like 2 hours instead of going immediately to the gym. 100% srs. I imagine it would be harder to do that if I had a membership and had to drive somewhere. But since you're more of a grown up than me I'm sure you understand time management better.
