I'm a newbie to bodybuilding, and I want to bulk. I'm debating on buying Twinlabs Super Gainers Fuel. The amounts per serving are way out of the ordinary. Is this whey protein right for me(beginner/newbie)? Or is this for professional/advanced bodybuilders? Here's the nutrition facts:

If you're looking for a whey protein, then GF-Pro or Dymatize are your best bets. If you are interested in a slow digesting high quality casein, then Sustain is your protein.

NO! That is not good my friend. Welcome to the board and let me educate a bit here. You don't need that much protein for one. Aim for around 20-50 depending on if it's just a whey protein or a weight gainer. DEFINITELY not all that sugar and fat and carbs. I really don't think it's possible to have all that in one serving.........Look into Cytosport Cytogainer or Universal Real Gains or something like that because that product is crazy.

That can't be good for you to ingest all that at one time.......that's like eating an entire person.......

The best whey protein currently available is Dymatize Elite Whey. If you know you are lactose intolerant or do not enjoy your experiences with Dymatize, I suggest you look into WPI, specifically ErgoPharm GF-Pro.
Additionally, you do not need a weight gainer. Since you are new to bodybuilding, I doubt you know how many calories you take in daily and how your body will respond to an elevation in calories (caloric excess). Also, weight gainers are quite expensive and it is much easier for one to make their own using a variety of ingredients, i.e. milk, whey, peanut butter, oats, etc. Many are the plans in a man's heart, but it is the Lord's purpose that prevails.
