I know a guy that's worked with Hany Chad, Farah, and now Aceto. He said on Hany's plan he couldn't sleep, couldn't eat, felt like ****. He summed it up as "more drugs, more food, more cardio". He wasn't happy with Farah. He didn't give him the attention he needed for a show and once he flattened out Farah just brushed him. Aceto got him into incredible shape though and I think he will stick with him for next prep.

He said both George and Aceto suggest multiple supps in lower amounts.
I worked worked with one guy for one show and another pro for gym sessions/peak week. To be honest these guys don't do anything revolutionary when it comes to dieting and peaking. Once you have a good base of knowledge you can do it yourself, its just good to have that critical eye when your self perception goes to **** pre contest. Ill give credit to the Pro I worked with though, he taught me some incredible techniques in the gym. Made me use half the weight I did in good form and fried me each time. I remember first time doing arms, I couldn't even honk my horn with 1 hand 3 hours later.Sudbury Ontario championships july june 11 2011 - 5th light heavy weight class
