Daily Sugar

So I've been searching on the internet and can't figure out anything about sugar, some say not more then 36g sugar for men.. some say not more then 90g...

I am currently intaking 25g sugar per day from 5 meals, and 50g in 1 meal (1 litre of milk) amounting to 75g per day

is it too much? i don't want diabetes :/ (i Rarely eat any kind of sweets)

what do you mean by personal preference?, there must be a limit.. (if not) how come people get diabetes?

If you believe that sugar intake is causative of T2DM, then you would heavily restrict all carbohydrates, not just simple sugars.

True that, but I Thought simple sugars might increase chances.
