So it is about damn time for a South Florida Misc Crew. To keep it broad, I figured we can consider anything Sarasota/Port St. Lucie and south as "South Florida".
We can basically use this thread to network and share information.
-Find quality gyms.
-Train together.
-Party together.
-Find people in the same career field to help move on up the ladder.
-Talk about awesome places to eat at.
-And whatever else.
If we get enough people and every one is down, we can also make a ******** group.

It's definitely still a great place. Today sucked, first week is always this full though. Almost died today when I went to go squat and a guy told me that him and 2 other guys had 3 sets of pull ups each in the power cage. yup that one, i've been going there pretty much every other day. i mainly do the Better Faster Stronger routine that my high school coach got me started on, and I add dumb bells and other free weights to that routine.Originally Posted by arian11
