Well, what's next for you after bodybuilding besides this company? You should announce at the Olympia one year, that be cool. Also... I got to ask you this, Do you think going to muscle failure is optimal in your training? I hear so many opinions on this and I wanted your experience and also... I watched all your dvds and how did you diet down for olympia? Did you carb cycle, cut carbs 4 weeks out, What was the secret to the fullness! Without spilling over on stage..

Trying to be the best father for sure. I dont think you need to go to failure every time but pushing yourself to failure every now an then is how you grow. I mainly cycled carbs but it always changed based on how i looked. Trial and error
