Oy guys! I know many people will think that's silly because cheat meals... are CHEAT MEALS, but for those like me who want to make even them healthy:
First of all, how often do you guys do cheat meals?
Also- what do you think is the best cheat meal? It should be something that tastes good, has the aura of a forbidden fruit for any sportsmen and at the same time shouldn't be so detrimental (is that even possible!?)?
I've heard mixed opinions on this. What do you think?

Whos going to say it...?
Edit: That's not nice of me. I apologize.
Personally, I don't believe in cheat meals. I eat what I want, when I want, but ensure to keep everything within my caloric allotment for the day.
This doesn't mean I eat pizza and burgers all day everyday. But if I wanted one or the other, I could whenever, and not give in to the demonization of certain foods based on their deviant stereotype.
This also avoids the eating disorder inducing guilt that comes with that sort of thing.
I've adopted this for the past 3 years and have been doing great.
Cheers!Last edited by loganhart; 08-27-2013 at 11:19 AM.

Woah, these are one of the healthiest foods anyone could eat
As jubjubrsx said i think that SUSHI is pretty good as it consists mostly of white rice and fish, and it's really tasty (especially if you like it hot with wasabi).
For me pizza is pure temptation. I ****ing love it, although it always has a lot of bread in it.
Also- DARK CHOCOLATE is pretty good. Tastes nice and has a lot of cocoa which rocksA true champion will fight through anything.

I'm sorry but I hate when people say this. Sure you can have 2 or 3 pieces of pizza if your craving and it will fit in your macros no doubt but then the whole rest of the day your already down what 600-900 calories for all of a measly 2 or 3 pieces of pizza? Point is if i'm going to eat pizza i'm going to be a typical american and eat the whole damn box and have ice cream for dessert. You can fit anything in your macros but for the quantity that your getting with these "dirty" foods you will never be satisfied, or at least I know I wouldn't be.
Going back to the thread: pizza, cheese steak, wings, mac and cheese, icecream, waffles, peanut butter, snickers,

BBQ duck and blue cheese pizza, 5 ribs in spicy sauce and 1.25L coke.
Consumed once a month, roughly 2200 calories, about 2700 with a cheesy garlic bread chucked in too.
Every other weekend is just sushi train. Usually have 5-7 plates :S
I usually orgasm whenever I have my pizza. When people are doubting you, when people are badgering you to get tanked every weekend, when people claim you're boring, just remember you're doing this for you. No one else. If people are too narrow minded to acknowledge your sacrifice, your blood, sweat and tears, your hard work and your happiness to better yourself as a person, they aren't worth it. Simple as that.
