Depends on how you want your body to look, darlin'. A healthy bodyfat percentage would fall somewhere between 18-24%. At 15 you don't need to be trying for any lower than 18%, if I were your trainer I'd probably keep you somewhere around 20-22% until you were done developing.
To calculate your bf% you'll need a measuring tape or (better) a knowledgeable person with a set of calipers, or (best) a hydro-pod to test your bf% through water displacement. There are several websites if you google it. The most accurate ones are the ones that require you to enter multiple measurements -- 5 or so for tape, 7 or so for caliper, but even those will probably be a few percentage points off. If you go to your local gym, I'm sure one of the PTs there can help you out.
