Can i get some opinions on my routine? Before i get flamed for not including legs, i am a cyclist. my legs are already to big in proportion to the rest of my body. I'm more focused on hypertrophy than strength right now due to lack of a barbell
Monday:
Flat DB Press 4x10
Incline DB Press 4x10
Flat Chest Flys 3x10
Flat DB Pullovers 5x10
Push Ups 4x to failure
Tuesday:
DB Rows 5x8
Concentration Curls (Forced Reps) 4x8
Hammer Curls 4x10
Wednesday:
Lateral Raises ss w/ Rear Delt Flys 4x10
Shoulder Press ss w/ Front Delt Raises 4x10
Thursday:
Incline Push Ups 5x
Push Ups 5x
Decline Push Ups 5x
Friday:
DB Rows 5x8
Rear Delt Flys 5x10
Saturday:
Tricep Extentions 4x12
Concentration Curls 5x10
Hammer Curls 4x8
Sunday:
And on the 7th day he rested.

I guess I should have mentioned that I do pistol squats 5x5 on Sundays if I'm bored. I didn't think it was worth mentioning because I only do it about every other week.
I like to work chest more because, genetically, I'm bottom heavy and have a thick back already. Plus, looking at pics of Arnold's physique make me want a massive chest.
