You gotta give yourself some time. You've only been lifting a week and your 16. Your lifts are supposed to suck haha. Make sure your eating enough, getting enough sleep, and follow a program.

As far as advice on form, post a video and you'll get a response.

I started starting strength a month ago and linear progression is where it's at!

Seriously, all the exercises you listed are described in depth with diagrams in the starting strength book.

Just stick with it. Its not going to happen fast. It takes work but the gains will come.

My son starting benching in Oct 2011 (12 yeas old) and he only did 60 lbs at about 130 lbs body weight. Here's his progression to date:

Aug 2012: 110 lbs @ 143 lbs bw (gym lift)
    Oct 2012: 121 lbs @ 145 lbs (competition)
    Nov 2012: 132 lbs @ 147 lbs (competition)
    June 2013: 165 lbs @ 153 lbs (competition)
    July 2013: 185 lbs @ 150 lbs (gym lift)

More reference points. He starting squating (115 max) and deadlifting (170 max) in June 2012. You can see his competition lifts in the signature below.
