Question Need help determining macro's from food labels

I'm so awful at math and forgive me if the answer to this question is obvious but it is currently eluding me. The specific situation is this: this morning i ate 160g of Greek yogurt and i want to know the amount of carbs and protein in 160g (its fat free so no need to determine that). On the label it shows the grams of protein/carbs for 175 grams which is 18g protein, 8g carb. So my question is how can i determine the amount of protein and carbs for the 160g serving that i ate using the nutritional information listed for 175g.
Hope someone can help - thanks!

160/175 = whatever then multiply that by each macro.

Not sure if srs but 160g / 175g = .914 servings, multiply into 18g of proteins & 8g of carbs.

    16.45g of protein
    7.31g of carbs

    160/175=.9143

    Multiply everything by that number.

And yes, I figured the answer was already provided, but wanted to prove to myself that I'm smart to (subtlety is key).
