All American EFX and I are looking for members who would like to receive a weeks worth of Kotic and or Karbolyn for a short log and post a review in the bodybuilding.com store. I too have used NOW Carbo Gains (still have an unfinished tub in my cabinet). The difference I've noticed is longer lasting energy while I'm in the gym.

I will typically have half a cup of oatmeal, a scoop of Karbolyn and 2 scoops of whey protein about 60-90 minutes before the gym. Since I started doing this I've been able to keep my energy and intensity in the gym high during my 90-120 minute workouts. I started this pre-workout meal when I was following Sheiko training programs which are very demanding and long workouts. Haven't looked back since.

homopolysaccharide is relatively complex carbohydrate The Molecular Mass has been manipulated to create absorption through the stomach at a rate much greater than maltodextrin, dextrose, breads, pasta, rice or any other carb product on the market. Maltodextrin is easily digestible, being absorbed as rapidly as glucose, more of a simple carb.

Question though, I don't see anywhere in the rules you can't be logging something else simultaneously. I'm supposed to be doing a log for BB's Riot whenever that comes, and I'm doing a review-type thing for Test HD too. Not sure if that'd conflict or not.

This. Ripped will have to give the final word but it is usually standard that only one log at a time so you get a perspective without the other new supp effecting it.

Alright. Im reviewing Test HD and actually logging RIOT but I figured you guys figured people would already be using a PWO. (Won logging chance for RIOT probably over a month ago and still hasn't came )

Another thing I like to do with my strawberry Karbolyn is throw it in with my oatmeal every now and then. Makes it taste like fruity pebbles...yum!
