tribulus vs horny goat weed?

hey guys

im 20, and i dont have problems on getting hard or something, but i wanna increase a bit and for longer and also i wanna increase my teste levels because of the gym.

a friend told me about horny goat weed, said its good, you have to take it 1 hour before activity (sex or gym).
but i donno if thats good, so i thought about tribulus too, i can take it one hour before gym or one hour before having sex.

so which one is better???
