How does this stuff taste, is it any good? I've seen mixed reviews on this and wanted to get some opinions on it. Anytime I have regular syrup with pancakes/waffles I crash really hard about an hour or two later, so I've been using sugar free syrup and this has prevented the sugar crash. I'm looking into WF syrup to see if it is better than the SF syrup I get and if it's worth it to buy. None of the grocery stores around me have it, so I would have to order it online.

I have tried both the regular and blueberry pancake syrup and they are both excellent substitutes. They taste pretty close to the real thing obviously without the calories. I have also heard that the caramel and chocolate sauces aren't bad. However, all of the other products(peanut butter, BBQ sauce, cheese sauce, spreads) have weird chemically aftertastes and should be avoided.

I've tried every single flavor that Walden Farms makes (with the exception of the strawberry and blueberry syrups and ketchup). The caramel, chocolate, and pancake syrups taste almost identical to the real thing. Most of the the salad dressings do sometimes have a weird aftertaste, but they're still pretty good. The balsamic vinegrette and sesame ginger don't have any aftertaste and are great. the thick and spicy bbq sauce is great (a little thin, ironicially). Even though the caesar, honey mustard, and thousand island flavors DID have a weird aftertaste, I still really liked them for some reason. The only one that I can recall being bad was the ranch. Heck, maybe I'll try it again and I'll change my mind.
