Monday:
Squat - 5x5 + 2 x 12 warmup
Barbell benchpress - 5x5 + 2x12 warmup
Cable flyes - 3x5 + 2x10 warmup
T-Bar / 1 arm dumbell rows 5x5 + 2x12 warmup
Wed:
Deadlift - 5x5 + 2x12 warmup
Shoulderpress - 5x5 + 2x12 warmup
Biceps curl - 3x5 + 2x15 warmup
Seated legextentions - 4x12 +1x25 warmup
Friday:
Squat - 5x5 + 2x12 warmup
Romanian deadlift - 5x5 + 2x12 warmup
Barbell benchpress - 5x5 + 2x12
T-Bar / 1 arm dumbbell row 5x5+2x12 warmup
I will also do 30 min cardio on eather tuesday / thursday during my bulkup.
Does this look like a good program for bulkin up?
