    Post Pain with Push-ups

    When i do push-ups my wrist and shoulder joints cause pain making my performance to lack. Even the first one down hurts, i have never injured my wrist or shoulder and i use to be able to do multiple push ups.

    any thoughts or feedback would be great

    Could be anything from tendonitis to just normal wear and tear. My money is on the latter.
    Stretch out some first. If your gym has a sauna, stretch out in there. Just try some things out and find out what works best for you.
