So I max out on bench every two months. Lately I have only been going up 10lbs per two months.
I'm currently at 265. I used to go up 10lbs then two months later another 15 or so but I'm sure that's cause it was lighter weight.
So is going up 10lbs every two months good, bad or normal ?

The past 2 months ive been doing atleast 6 reps per set and three sets for bench. Then the same for decline. Im going back up to around 8 reps per set for the next two months im thinking it should help a little because my chest is usually always sore going to the gym but usually not too sore. High reps should help with the soreness a little and have my chest to be less sore in work outs.

I' be happy with 60 pounds in a year, which is 10lbs every 2 months. So it's good.
No disrespect, but i've made great gains without a "PL program". I'm assuming this guy is on some type of lifting split where he trains a body part/s or lift on "x" day per week.
I've used a BB split where I train everything twice per week. Legs/Push/Pull/repeat/off and have made great strength gains in doing so.
I think for a beginner that is fine to do, as long as he's making gains why change?

You are asking on a power lifting forum. You will get answers related to power lifting. Maxing out a lift is a wasted workout. It is okay to do them once in awhile, but every time you max out you could have been getting stronger instead.
If you want better answers, especially if the questions you are asking are not so relative to the forum you posted them in the onus is on you to provide enough background information for the best probability of getting a desired answer.
I will ask one more question though. When is your next competition?

Thanks for checking it out. Look at the video from my meet, form is pretty spot-on i'd say.
(Can't post links still) Type: Devin Gloeckl ELITE RAW total 1267.4 at 160.4 into YouTube
Also, the only deadlift that may have been hitched was by my cousin Lowell attempting a PR of 585 at 160. I'd rather hitch and get the lift then quit on it.
