    58 year old client / trainer video..

    Hey, this is a video I just put up of myself and my 58 year old client who is now in amazing shape!
    It is mostly Calisthenics but also has a bit of lifting, been training this guy for about 2 years now. He came to see me and couldn't even lift his arms overhead, we worked on mobility flexibility strength and power. Now he's in the best shape of his life I hope he inspirers others to get up and keep moving, we don't have to fall apart as we age we just have to keep moving!
