I'm an electrician eventually want to team up with like minded plumber and carpenter, all of us deep in our careers with 30-50k in liquid cash to build a house flipping biz.
I think the key for any successful biz is bringing capital with you, wheter you flip real estate or import/export, open a bar or retail store it helps to have 50k+
honestly even thought of opening a famous pizza store franchise for 25k

Ok I got one.
I've been researching a material used for clothing, bedding, etc but is hard to find in raw form here in the states. I'm looking at buying 1ton+ shipments and starting off selling on eBay and driving customers to an ecommerce site.
I'll also be making a product with the material. Buying everything from alibaba. Only problem I have is where to store it since I live in an apartment, probably just use a storage unit for a while.

I'm just posting what I read, maybe it's 25k and they lease you the equipment I don't know. But toppers pizza is fairly popular here and I did read 25k on their own website soooo idk. a commercial oven is what, 5-10k? your Pepsi fridge is probably provided BY Pepsi and you don't need a whole lot more equipment then that.

[QUOTE=thewall05;1123695103]You're full of ****. A pizza franchise, with ovens and equipment, is going to cost at least $100k, probably more like 200-300k though.
Subways are about $100k.
Mcdonalds start at about a million but 95% of markets are more like 1.5m[/QUOTE
Uh no on the pizza franchise.. I worked at a dominos for a while and the owner sold the franchise along with all the equipment inside for $250k
