Been busy with life lately so I haven't had a chance to update anything on the site for the last 4 months or so. Just figured I'd share some pics and backstory about my transformation from fat to fit. I've made a few progress threads in the last year, but I think I've made some solid progress since then.
Backstory: I was always the fat kid, managed to eat my way up to 370lbs. Decided enough was enough and began my new lifestyle on January 1st, 2012. Since then I've been eating clean, training dirty, and busting my ass to stay on track with my cut. I'm currently down to 215lbs, and my life has changed in nearly every way possible from when I was a fat fuk. I cannot believe how much my life has improved in the last two years. If anyone has any questions, wants advice, or just has some comments feel free to share. I'm not there yet, but I'm a hell of a lot closer than I have ever been before.

Good job bro! I'm currently down 60lbs since new years of this year, I can't wait to be down to 170ish so I can start bulking.
What was your routine and diet like? I've just been doing 1600 cals a day really, just got back into the gym 2 weeks ago then I sprained my damn ankle, got a dr appt tomorrow for it, was told to avoid any walking as much as possible until then. Killing me not going to the gym after I had JUST restarted going.Kansas Misc Crew
