    Fiber eating question

how much is too much for one meal? lets use a percentage. i know some of you eat up to 70g or more per day, but usually get about 30 and about half comes from breakfast (high fiber sandwich and a banana) but today i ate about 25g for breakfast. i know that's only a little bit extra but i'm experiencing some cramps today with my workout. should i just be drinking more water?

Could be from dehydration, so drink up. Also make sure you get in some magnesium, potassium, calcium, and plenty of electrolytes!

i would say there is not a limit on fiber consumption per meal, however i would be lead to believe it would be more beneficial to spread out your intake as to having it all in once meal
