    cant afford protein atm, what if i only take creatine?

    is it ok if i take creatine just by itself or would i need any protein powder?

    i have never used any other supplement before besides whey protein isolate unflavored isonatural brand. im not a newbie in fitness either i know my nutrition and all that yada yada


    but anyways i just wanted to know if its cool if i just take creatine 5g a day as long as i meet my protein needs (From food)

    yes that's definitely fine. Protein powder is only so you can meet your daily macros if you're not getting enough protein from the food you're consuming. if you get enough from your diet then just supplement with 5g of creatine daily and you're good to go!
