    making my own protein bars

going to attempt making my own bars tonight, just simple ones containing oats, protein powder and peanut butter and milk.
any tips for making my first batch ?
i train first thing and i want them as a pre workout bar so i dont have to start making food as soon as i wake up so i can have a quick bar containing good amounts of protein, carbs and fat, also fiber
