Pre Jym is probably one of the best pre workout supps Ive had. Stoppani only makes top notch stuff. Cherry Limeade flavor is better than average. Post Jym Watermelon might be the best tasting supp on the market

It's good... but the dose scoops are HUGE. For me, as a two-scoop guy (for stim sake), it's a nightmare to mix. One scoop is pretty good in terms of flavor. Two is WAY too strong of flavor with the Cherry Limeade flavor. Watermelon flavor may be better.

I paid for the OT but it came with free tubs of WF pictured. The CL fish oil was BOGO. The Swole Sports, Animal Flex, magazine, one can of hemo and 2 fish oils were all free.

Yup, the scoop is pretty big I've never went past one scoop personally.

The more affordable 4ks should be starting to show up in force this holiday season so the price could be reduced even further. I've had mine for since the beginning of the year and absolutely love it. No complaints or issues so far. I use my laptop's DP out so no connection issues either.

This reminds me. Has anyone ever just went out and bough a full year or 6 months supply of sups? I grow weary of this monthly and sometimes bi weekly purchases. At least if/when my income fluctuates I won't have to worry about lowering down to poverty proteins like I'm doing right now.

I have won free stuff like crazy. Free Animal Flex, Free Swole Sports supplies including TurboShred, a T-Shirt, gym bag and more... They have had give aways for 10 lbs of protein from MusclePharm and lots going on. Just stop in every now and again and do the promo's and contests. None of the ones I did took more than a few minutes and I got hooked up big time

I wait until I'm about a bottle left for OT/Protein and look for bogo or other deals. Usually pick up 2-4 bottles/tubs. I remember CL once had a special for 5 bottles of OT for $100

When shipping wasn't an issue for me, I used to buy a few things in advance and store them somewhere cool/dark and never noticed any problems.

Whey: depending on how much you use obviously, but a few years back I bought 2x10lbs (~280-300scoops) tubs from a crazy sale and it didn't go bad before it was gone using 2 scoops/day max (and it was close to expiration date, hence the sale). I wouldn't want open bags of whey laying around, but if you have a big enough storage bin it should be fine for a while.

Multi/o3: I usually buy 3 months at a time, sometimes more when stuff is bogo

Other supps: Just buy whatever I need/want when I can, sometimes stock up when there's good sales but that's it

I have been using one for a while. My dad didnt teach me to shave with a DE razor so the first time I tried I ended up cutting my face pretty good. Its not like your Gillette M3, you need some shaving soap or oil on there and at least 3 passes. I use my electric razor when I am on vacation but the DE daily. Nice choice.

Ran it last year with a 50 oz camelbak and it ran dry a few times, so I decided to get a bigger pack for more water/storage.
