All caffeine isn't created equally. Yes, its all caffeine, but 200 mg of caffeine in coffee (or other beverage) is not nearly as potent as 200 mg caffeine from tables. It has to do with structure and absorption rate. If I'm not mistaken the anhydrous is more potent, but you need to check that.
In any event, I'm not implying it doesn't work (I haven't tried it). I'm just saying you have to challenge these products since most of them are merely highfalutin (and very expensive) blends of caffeine.
Yes, we know the EC stack works better than just caffeine alone -- which is already a clinically proven stimulant and fat burner. But the question is, are the results from this particular formula significant enough to justify the exorbitant price for the blend? In other words, considering the price difference, is it that much better than just caffeine alone?
On more thing, I purchased a jar of cirtruline malate for endurance and got no results whatsoever. At least not until I increased the does to 5 times what was recommended. But I was able to do that because the product was pure. In a blend, you can't do that without ODing on something you may not want like the caffeine. Again it might work (clinically) but is the dose significant?Last edited by KRANE; 08-07-2014 at 01:16 PM.

AHAHAHA
That made me laugh way harder than it should. It was a stratus with racing stripes etc etc(she bought it before we were a thing).
I finally had enough of working on it and realistically, the amount of work it needed to pass inspection this year far outweighed the value of the vehicle(even with me doing the work myself)."Luck is the last dying wish of those who want to believe that winning can happen by accident. Sweat on the other hand, is for those who know it's a choice."

old car feels.. I know these. I've got a 99 volvo S70 T5 that's my daily driver. We have put collectively more into it keeping it running than what it's worth but a lot of that was for better parts to replace failing or parts that are guaranteed to fail. Only a failed transmission at 90k miles was a repair we HAD to do. Everything else has been money spent at my discretion just to keep everything running right (vacuum lines, 02 sensors, MAF, heater core, ignition coil packs, exhaust, lowering springs, shocks/struts and most recently, a transmission cooler to help prevent another $800 transmission job)
It's an incredibly well built/engineered car but 15 years is 15 years.
The exhaust manifold gasket is leaking/disintegrated so I'm planning on putting a higher flowing one on there and upgrading the turbo wile I've got everything apart. Should be a pretty quick brick after that. I'm in it with that car for the long haul.Sig line can't be a novel

Needed a decent pair of gym shorts. The And1 shorts I bought were really comfortable, but fell apart after like 4 washes.480s / 370b / 495d / 235 x 2 SOHP

It would not be possible for me to do a proper bro-scientific study right now because I'm adding creatine and beta-alanine [two of the best supps ever] after being off for a couple of weeks out of town. But what I know is that caffeine + AMP Citrate feels sharper and more focused than caffeine + ephedrine (my usual pwo). The effects feel clearer and longer lasting and I feel more motivated to go heavy (could be placebo obv).
There;s not a lot of info out there, just wondering what others thought about AMP Citrate, it could be all in my head.*** Canadian Crew ***

It's still a thing at Walmart.... which I guess is one step above no longer being a thing.
Their shorts were super lightweight and comfortable. They looked really well made. But then the stitching came undone they fell apart after a few washes. Learned the lesson about buying cheap gym clothes.480s / 370b / 495d / 235 x 2 SOHP
