Loaded up my old hiking backpack with a 25 pound plate and threw that on my back for the duration

That's a huge lift. Are you planning to keep a cap on your weight gains during TM ... I know that you're doing this reverse diet but it must be tempting to push the caps a bit with the TM cycle. Same deal with the cardio (you can keep treadmills and backpacks to yourself ) .. are you going to keep that up or start winding back?

Everyone else in the nutrtion section would say otherwise
brb gain 5 pounds and want to cut again.
So glad you have no weight limit, Fuk the scale its all the mirror
if you can add 20 pounds and be somewhat lean but see drastic changes and improvements in the gym that is what mattrs most.

Monday 10.20.2014- Texas Method Week 1- Volume Day
Awwwww yet, couldn't wait for this one.
Awesome day from start to finish. Came home and really tore into this one.
Did ramping 5x5 sets as per the TM book for week 1. Starting conservative since It's a big increase in volume, esp after the past month of low volume heavy weight intensity while I was ramping up to max attempts.
Went with Dope's advice and stuck seated OHP 3x5 in after bench. Started light and will be cautious with increases. If I do stall out, maybe I'll swap in CGBP with the same scheme for a month, then go back. We shall see what the future brings!
Workout took about 75 min. Need to monitor my time and might end up dropping some of the accessory work if it becomes an issue when the weights get heavier and I'm resting longer between sets
Squats
45 x 10
135 x 5
185 x 5
225 x 5
245 x 5
255 x 5
265 x 5
275 x 5
each set felt better and better. 2-2.5 min rest between sets. 275 was just enough that bar speed was slowing down. Some left in the tank which is good for week 1!
Bench
45 x 10
45 x 10
135 x 5
175 x 5
205 x 5
215 x 5
225 x 5
235 x 5
245 x 5
launched every rep like a rocket. Much bar speed, felt powerful and tight in my setup. fuk yea
Seated OHP
45 x 5
45 x 5
95 x 5
105 x 5
115 x 5
easy, but wanted to start extra conservative on this one
DB Rows
85 x 8
95 x 9
105 x 8
No bench, just rested my free hand on my knee. supersetted with the OHP sets
Dips
+10 x 8
+10 x 8
+10 x 8
easy, will add another +10 next time
ss w/
Pull Ups
+45 x 5
+45 x 5
+45 x 5
just right, prob 1-2in the tank on each set.
heheh dreamer bulk + TM = mega gainz??? we shall see
fuk winter, fuk cold, fuk ice and fuk snow
need to move further south, srsPRs: Back Squat- 410x1 / Front Squat- 320x1/ Bench- 325x1 / Deadlift- 505x1

Thanks dude!
The goal?
Fortune and glory!
Yes I just watched Temple of Doom (mrswoody got me blu Ray set with all Indy films. Winning)
Goal is some serious strength and size gains. Going to eat like a mofo and lift hard and heavy to close out 2014. Not scared of a little fat gain, it comes off easy.
I want to squat 405 again, I want to rep 300+ on bench and hopefully get to pulling 500 deads on the reg as long as my SI joint is willing.
Also, 315 front squatPRs: Back Squat- 410x1 / Front Squat- 320x1/ Bench- 325x1 / Deadlift- 505x1
