Dunno what was up with yesterday- I looked lean as hell in the afternoon.
I got home from the hike Sunday and ate prob 2500+ cals in three hours with total disregard to macros, and even washed it down with a bedtime beer. Refeed of peace ?

Decent session today! Really hit the bench hard and heavy the past few weeks so I dialed the weight back and nailed some reps today. Felt good!

deadstop skulls from the floor must be killer, stretch reflex or whatever at the bottom of normal skulls really helps out a lot.
