Nice depth on squats man, really jelly of your mobility, and a PR on bench that looked wayyyy to easy. Ice cream looks solid too, not many soft serve joints out here which is my weakness in the summer, we are just overrun with DQ's and while blizzards are good nothing compares to local ice cream.
There is a specialty shop near campus though and they have some wild flavors I am going to have to go stock up on some Pints.Workout Journal, Currently back to Fierce 5 Novice: http://tinyurl.com/qgwrlkg

What's so crazy about following along for a good chunk of your last journal as well is how much your strength and physique has changed. I remember your old vids with weights not much different, and you looked way chunkier.
Keep doing what you're doing man!

Thanks dude! Mobility work every morning paying off!
hnnnggg love soft serve ice cream cones in the summer
thanks Cc!
and I think I just did
Thanks dude!
After being 20+ percent BF and then cutting 45 pounds, I've been smarter about not going too crazy on the bulks. Keep it reasonable, shorter cut for summer, slowly keep moving the BW and weight on the bar up.
I've hit all time PRs at a much lower BW/ BF% on bench and deads, just need to get those squats back to where they werePRs: Back Squat- 410x1 / Front Squat- 320x1/ Bench- 325x1 / Deadlift- 505x1

lol indeed!
Smores might get taken down thanksgiving weekend
I put Big County Brownie right to my head Friday night.
so cot damn good, srs
prob best gelato I've ever had. the fudge brownie flavor in the base was unreal plus there were brownie chunks and truffles mixed in. Gonna need to buy more of that ASAP
HD Cappuccino gelato was kinda meh. Had a decent flavor, but it was so rich that it got old fast. will not be buying that one again
Thanks dude! Bench just seems unstoppable right now, I love it!
lol thanks big guy! I reckon I'll take a run at a max next month. 335 would be awesomePRs: Back Squat- 410x1 / Front Squat- 320x1/ Bench- 325x1 / Deadlift- 505x1

Damn fine Benching buddy! What a massive top set. With even more in you, its getting scary strong! Superb job kid.
Squats are nothing to sneeze at too, real good effort and they didnt look too hard either. Keep it up wood~~~~~~~~~~
