    Thanks big guy! I'm loving the DB shoulder presses. Feels better to me than the BB plus I'm moving more weight. Can't wait to toss up the 100s.

    Yeah you gotta do a bit of research to find them sometimes, especially when you're not in a good area for them. CT sucks, I've only come across 2 for all of 2014, one of which I would've had to qualify at a meet in RI 3 months ago lol. The other thing is they're not all posted in the same place. Powerlifting watch is good, but I don't know how it gets determined what is listed there and what isn't. I was going to do a meet in NY, but that filled up, so I did one in Boston the same weekend. They were both USAPL meets, but only the NY meet was listed on powerlifting watch

    Monday 6.9.14- Cube Week 5.1: Speed Deadlift

    Good stuff tonight. Feeling strong, deads are really flying off the ground. I'm curious to see how all this sub maximal work is going to pay off when I go for a 455+ single.
    Accessories are feeling good, even with adding weight every week. Vertical pulls feel stronger than ever.

    you dont really show a lot of fruit/veggies in any of your pics. You could easily add some fiber to hold you over even with a huge amount of kcals.

    I eat a ton of veggies but you're right, they don't end up in the pics often for some reason
