Thanks fella! twas a nice start to the week!
Thanks dude!
I'm settled in on linear progression for now
Sat- squat/bench/row
Mon- front squat/ seated OHP/ deads
Wed- squat/bench/weighted chins
(with a few bbing supersets thrown in each session). +5 every workout (+10 deads)
Should be able to roll for a couple months to build everything back up.
Thanks fella!
Thanks Jani! It's no fun to be negative
hells yeah!
Thanks dude! Hand is all healed up and ready for abuse.
Ugh I'm sick of winter. After last week's warmup, we're back into the below zero temps this morning. Not coolPRs: Back Squat- 410x1 / Front Squat- 320x1/ Bench- 325x1 / Deadlift- 505x1

Just out of curiosity, if you graphed your average weight over the period of your reverse diet, would it look like a U where weight loss gradually slowed, then your weight leveled out, then it started to climb? Or would it be a bit more bumpy where your average weight started to climb for like a week or so, then it went back down, etc.? My two day holiday binge is making it look even more skewed, but the scale is still playing tricks on me. I got down to a new low of right before Christmas, then it shot up over 2 lbs for like a week after the binge, then once that was behind me, it dropped back to just a hair lower than before. Last week it started to climb back up another lb, which made me think that I might be getting close to the end of the reverse diet stage, but this week it's dropping back down again lol. Also, as your daily cals/carbs got higher and higher, did you notice less of a spike on the weigh-in the day after the refeed?
You hinted at a return to Texas Method in my log, do you think that's on the horizon after the LP runs out?

Fuk winter
I need to relocate somewhere warm
Hell yea, summer!
Yea prob Texas method or similar once linear gains stall. I like what I was doing the few months before I cut with 2 upper and 2 lower with the volume/intensity layout.
I'd have to check my sheet at home to be sure, but most of the loss in the reverse came in the first 4-6 weeks. After that I seemed to hover right in the same range (164-165) for a few months. It only just started to rise a few weeks ago.
I'd usually only notice a 1 pound gain after refeed days. Usually my highest weigh ins were right after the weekend because Id be home not doing much. After a few days of running around at work of drop back down.PRs: Back Squat- 410x1 / Front Squat- 320x1/ Bench- 325x1 / Deadlift- 505x1

Thanks copey!
Thanks big guy! Things are really coming together. Almost time to kick it Into high gear with some more aggressive jumps.
Thanks fella! Love me some paused fronts
Thanks matey! OHP has never hit a nice groove for me. I'm planning on working in it for the next few months. I found a grip width that feels good which I'm sure added to the strong feeling on Mondays session. I've always been back and forth on wider vs narrow and I think I found the sweet spotPRs: Back Squat- 410x1 / Front Squat- 320x1/ Bench- 325x1 / Deadlift- 505x1

Awesome workout today. Couldn't wait to get the work day over with and get after it. Motivation is sky high
Due to the large amount of carbs in my diet, I've been holding quite a bit of water around the midsection. I'm really trying to up my water intake and see if it doesn't flush some out. Must have done something, because with almost 2 gallons of water yesterday, I weighed in at 166.5 this morning, and that was after going over my target calories last night. midsection looked dryer & leaner.
fluke? we'll see
